After repeatedly being let down by other Boston limo services, I happened on Steve and The Limo and have since used them for well over 100 trips (both business and personal) with a 100% reliability record - even in light of my travel regiment which often has last minute "surprises". Their prices are reasonable, their vehicles are modern, clean, and comfortable, their professionalism very high, and their responsiveness top-notch. I always feel good flying into Boston knowing that Steve and his team will be waiting for me to take me home, quickly and safely!

I usually get limos when I fly somewhere. I'd like to point out The Limo in Boston run by Steven Firstenberg. I use them a lot.... [Once] I asked the driver if he knew where he was going and he said yes. He was very nice. He carried all my packages and everything, but he took me to the wrong hotel and was gone by the time I realized. It was just a mistake. There was no reason for him not to leave.

The next day, when he came to pick me up he was mortified. He apologized and made absolutely no excuses; he didn't charge me a thing. That's the kind of company I'll continue to use.

When things go wrong, people are quick to complain, but not so quick to praise when it goes right. I have to say that [my wife and sister] were impressed with your service, and with your courtesy etc. When I booked you over the phone, you said you would look after them, and from what they have said you certainly did, for which I thank you. It is always difficult booking an unknown, and have to confess that unlike all the others, you gave me total price including tolls etc which is what impressed me and our brief telephone call when I booked. We would certainly recommend you, and should we be fortunate enough to come to Boston again would certainly use your service.

Dear Steve:

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for donating your van service for the purpose of delivering the holiday gifts collected by Temple Beth Avodah. Although you had said that it was "easy" for you, your gesture was greatly appreciated and was instrumental in spreading holiday cheer to the children of our clinic who benefited from your kindness.

The holiday party was held on the afternoon of December 20. Arts and crafts filled the afternoon, as most of the children participated in activities such as coloring, constructing paper chains, making necklaces, play dough, and a big hit, decorating T-shirts. We were fortunate to have music provided by a live children's band for the first part of the party and DJs from Northeastern University for the second part of the party. The children had a wonderful time dancing and singing. Party attendees were able to feast on chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks, ice cream and cake. As the party concluded, the holiday gifts you delivered were distributed to the children of the Grow Clinic. The children who were not able to attend will receive their gifts at subsequent home or clinic visits.

Thank you again for volunteering your services by providing logistical support that benefited our patients this holiday season. What you had stated as "easy" actually meant a great deal to our children and was greatly appreciated.
